Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ice Dynasty application (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Team Limitations

To ensure fair play, performance, and equality within the Service, it is strictly required to adhere to the following rules regarding user accounts and teams:

  • One Team Per Manager: Each player is allowed to create and manage only one (1) team.
  • Prohibited Actions: It is strictly forbidden to create multiple user accounts or manage multiple teams (multi-accounting).
  • Account Transfer: It is forbidden to log in with other users' credentials under any circumstances, or to transfer your own team to another person.
  • Shared IP Address / Computer: If you play from the same IP address or the same computer as another manager (e.g., family member), it is strictly forbidden to make interactions between these teams, such as buying, selling, or signing free agents from one another.

Violating these rules may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all teams and user accounts managed by the user in question without prior warning. Maintaining multiple teams slows down the game, stresses the servers, and provides an unfair advantage.

3. Inactivity and Account Removal

Your account and team may be subject to automatic removal after 42 days of inactivity (no login). The process works as follows:

  • Warning (Day 35): A warning email will be sent to your registered email address 7 days before removal.
  • Account Deletion (Day 42): Your team will become bot-managed with a new generated roster. All former team players will be listed on the transfer market, giving other managers the opportunity to acquire them. Your sponsorships, game logs, and notifications will be removed. Your user account and all personal data will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to reclaim your team after deletion.

Accounts that are registered but do not create a team within 7 days will be automatically deleted without prior warning.

3b. Virtual Goods and Premium Services (VIP)

The Service may in the future offer optional paid virtual goods and premium features ("VIP Services"). All purchases of VIP Services are final. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). No refunds will be issued for unused VIP time lost due to inactivity-based account removal as described in Section 3.

3c. Bankruptcy and Team Loss

If your team's debt exceeds -€100,000 for more than 14 consecutive days, your team goes bankrupt. In bankruptcy:

  • All your team's players will be listed on the transfer market.
  • Your team becomes bot-managed with a new generated roster.
  • Sponsorships, game logs, and lineup are removed.
  • Your user account is preserved and you can create a new team immediately.

To avoid bankruptcy, sell players and sign sponsors to restore your budget above the critical threshold.

4. Age Restriction

Users of the Service must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms, especially regarding potential virtual purchases.

5. "As Is" Service and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of game data due to malfunctions or server crashes.

6. Right to Modify or Terminate

The Provider reserves the right to modify or remove features of the Service, reset game data (e.g., at the end of a testing phase or during major updates), or completely terminate the operation of the Service at any time without prior notice. Players do not have the right to claim financial or other compensation for invested time, virtual currency, or purchases made in these situations.

7. Acceptable Conduct and Account Suspension

The administrators have the exclusive right to evaluate whether a user's conduct violated the rules. The administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a user account without prior warning if the user uses the Service in violation of fair play or the rules, behaves disruptively or unethically towards other players or the administration, or refuses to cooperate with the administration during an investigation. In such cases, the user has no right to demand a refund for virtual currency or purchases.

7b. User-Uploaded Content

The Service may offer the ability to upload custom content, such as team logos. By uploading content to the Service, you agree to the following terms:

  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is protected by copyright or trademark (e.g., logos of sports clubs, companies, or brands), offensive, threatening, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate (adult content), illegal or infringing upon third-party rights, or misleading or intended to impersonate another user.
  • Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. The Provider does not pre-screen all uploaded content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates the rules without prior notice.
  • Content Removal: The administration has the exclusive right to remove your uploaded content at any time without obligation to provide justification. Uploaded content is also automatically removed when a user account is deleted (Section 3) or a team is lost due to bankruptcy (Section 3c).
  • User Reports: Other users may report content that violates the rules to the administration. The administration will review reports and may remove content at its discretion.
  • Repeated Violations: If a user repeatedly uploads prohibited content despite warnings, the administration reserves the right to permanently suspend the user account. In such cases, any paid services (VIP) will not be refunded.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Service utilizes analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand user behavior and improve the experience, but these features are only activated if you provide your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
